Other

In addition to the functions listed above, the current modelling constraints and the current modelling coordinates mode can be overridden by holding in the following keys when using a 3D Canvas tool:

Key Effect
C Enables the standard 3D Canvas modeling mode.
E Enables point gliding, a special form of face coordinates modeling mode that is used to move a single point across a plane. The plane is based on the face that the mouse pointer was hovering over when the point was selected. This is particularly useful for moving a point created by the division of an edge. Holding down the Z key while holding the E key and dragging moves the point along the edge on which the point was created.
F Enables the face coordinates modeling mode.
Q Enables the object coordinates modeling mode.
S Enables the screen coordinates modeling mode.
W Enables the world coordinates modeling mode.
X Constrains movement to only the X axis.
Y Constrains movement to only the Y axis.
Z Constrains movement to only the Z axis.

Note that above overrides only apply to the use of 3D Canvas tools. They have no effect on how operations are applied.
