Using the Skeletal Operations

Selecting a Skin enables the Button-Toolbar-Relax.gif (158 bytes) button. Clicking this button will relax the skin to the state it was in when it was attached to its bones.

Selecting a Skin or an object that was formerly a skin will enable the button. Clicking this button will enable/disable all associated bones.

Selecting a bone will enable the Button-Toolbar-AttachSkin.gif (151 bytes) button. Clicking this button will attach the nearest object as a Skin and open the Bone Effect window which allow you to specify the range of effect of the selected bone. Clicking a second time with detach the skin. Note that spherical bones' range of effect is based on their size, so clicking this button will attach the spherical bone without displaying the Bone Effect window.
